With international flights banned, many families have been unable to reunite for two consecutive years. Every summer used to bring happy reunions, but now, the loss of life and the separation of elderly parents from their children is heart-wrenching.
Pandemic isn't a sad thing for everyone. Well, definitely not for the daughters-in-law living out of the Country. Summer 2021 is memorable!
I live in a society where every other family has at least one kid staying abroad. It's like there are two sides to a coin and I witness both sides. So this artwork is inspired by the facts of everyday life, here and there during pandemic.
