Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order. 1. Order Processing All original artworks are carefully prepared and dispatched from Bhubaneswar, India. Please allow 4–7 business days for packaging and dispatch after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your artwork has been shipped. 2. Packaging Every painting is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely. Original artworks are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, protected with bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy double-walled box or rolled into a PVC tube. For large canvases, additional reinforcement is used. A certificate of authenticity is included with every original artwork. 3. Domestic Shipping (Within India) Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the artwork and the delivery location. Estimated delivery time within India is 5–10 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be provided. 4. International Shipping International orders are shipped via trusted courier services (such as India POST, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimated international delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. Return Window If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: • The artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition. • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. • A certificate of authenticity (if provided) must be returned along with the artwork. • The return must be authorized by Geeta Yerra Studio before the artwork is shipped back. 3. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return: • Commissioned or custom artworks created specifically to a buyer's brief. • Artworks that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage. • Print reproductions and open edition prints. 4. In the case of damage caused during transit, you will receive a full refund once the damaged artwork is returned to us. Change of Mind Returns If you wish to return an artwork because it did not suit your space or for personal reasons (change of mind), the return is accepted within the 14-day window, however the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 6. Return Shipping All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service with full insurance for the value of the artwork. Geeta Yerra Studio cannot be held responsible for artworks lost or damaged during return shipping if proper packaging and insurance were not used.
