This painting has an interesting story from last month. It was Mother’s Day in May and I was thinking about my mother. Even when she scolded, it made me smile; her voice signaled the day would be good. It felt like caressing feathers and I was happy every day collecting one; that is love.
 
Contrast that with the modern world, where language is hyper-refined. Today, institutional blows are softened to feel like feathers. Power twists reality so completely. Coupled with AI, even a harsh impact is easily masked as a caring gesture.
